Mince pies, crafts and Christmas decorations will be the theme at a series of festive fairs in Northampton.
Today also sees the launch of the Freezing Art Fair, which will run until January 17.

Artists working locally and all over the UK will be given the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Harry Pye, Josh Thomson, Hugh Mendes and Louise Clarke and exhibit their work for sale in the main gallery.

There will be more than 120 artists involved and work ranging in price from £50 to £3,000.

The Fishmarket, in Bradshaw Street, is open each Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 9pm.

Then on Wednesday December 3, the Dodderidge Centre in St James will be having Christmas party to introduce Guideposts Trust Northants.

The event, which includes a craft fair, refreshments and a raffle with a signed Cobblers shirt, will run from noon until 4pm.
