Barwell: Avoiding relegation is Saints' main goal

Northampton Saints owner Keith Barwell says avoiding the drop back out of the Guinness Premiership is the club's top target this season.
Saints return to the top flight this afternoon when they take on Worcester Warriors at Franklin's Gardens after suffering relegation at the end of the 2006-07 season.
They stormed back to the Premiership with an unbeaten National League One campaign last season, but although Barwell is proud of that "fantastic achievement" he says the goals are different this season.
"This year we will have to reacclimatise in the Guinness Premiership and will try to win every game," he said.
"Realistically though we will be content to finish high enough up the table to secure our status for the following year.
"The last time we were relegated we qualified for the Heineken Cup the next year and won it the year after that.
"Can history repeat itself? Watch this space!"
