Northampton magistrates jailed a serial thug for 18 months after he was tracked down following media appeals.

Police circulated photos of Nicusor Lutic across Northamptonshire and Wiltshire on November 15. He was arrested in the west country on November 24 and jailed at Northampton four days later for an assault in College Street in the town centre in July involving a metal pole.
