Community Champions offers donations of up to £1,000 to groups and charities which have already raised funds themselves across the developer's 32 regional businesses.
The fund aims to support local groups and charities working to improve the quality of life or environment for local people.
From April, the scheme is focusing on groups and projects working to support people aged over 70, helping to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus pandemic for older people in the community.
