Police are appealing for witnesses after a delivery driver in the St David’s area of town had his Vauxhall Combo 2000 CDTI stolen just as he was about to get into the vehicle.
As he was returning to his van, the driver put the key in the ignition, but without getting into the vehicle, he was dragged backwards by an unknown man who then drove off towards Harborough Road.
