Man admits dangerous driving after scooter collides with unmarked police car in Northampton
A police chase ended when a motor scooter colliding head-on with an unmarked police vehicle in Northampton last night (Tuesday).
Magistrates heard how officers attempted to stop the Honda scooter in Weedon Road but it made off towards Sixfields, went the wrong way round a roundabout and on the wrong side of the road before colliding with the police vehicle on Walter Tull Way.

Hide AdSean Christopher Prosser, of Gold Street, Wellingborough, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving when he appeared before Northampton magistrates on Wednesday morning.
The 25-year-old also admitted charges of driving while disqualified and with no insurance, and also possession of three wraps of cannabis.
Prosser was remanded in custody and sent for sentencing at Northampton Crown Court on October 23.
