Syresham Cricket Club hosted the England cricket supporters' club, the Barmy Army, as part of its summer roadshow tour.
The Barmy Army visited Northamptonshire on Sunday as part of a partnership between themselves and cricketing charity Chance To Shine, with the roadshow aiming to highlight both organisations' commitment to grassroots cricket.

Paul Burnham, founder of The Barmy Army, said: "It is great fun to be playing with Syresham in one of our many road shows across the UK. It was a great day's cricket all round."

Robin Moore, who is walking the length of England for Cancer Research UK in conjunction with The Barmy Army, also joined the roadshow to play in a cricket match between the Army and Syresham Cricket Club.

There was also an under-18s game. A percentage of profits from commemorative shirts went to Cancer Research UK.
